Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with tracking attached.
Domestic (US)
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat $6.95. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
International
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on location and customs. Duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email. If it hasn’t updated within 3 business days of shipping, email hello@hairhyper.com and we’ll chase it.
Returns & Refunds
30-day window
Unworn, unaltered wigs in original packaging with tags and hair net intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene, wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, or had the lace cut are final sale.
How to start
Email hello@hairhyper.com with your order number and reason. We send a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international) within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
FAQ
Are these human hair?
Collections include both premium synthetic and human-hair units — the material is listed on each product page. Human-hair units can be heat-styled, colored, and washed like your own hair.
What size do I order?
Most wigs are adjustable and fit an average head (21.5"–22.5") using elastic straps and combs. Length is measured straight from the crown; curly/wavy units appear shorter when styled.
Lace front vs. glueless?
A lace-front has a sheer lace panel at the hairline for a natural look, usually installed with adhesive. Glueless units use straps and combs for a quick, no-glue install.
How do I use my code?
Enter your code in the Discount field in your bag or at checkout and tap Apply. The discount shows before you pay. One code per order.

What we collect
Info you give us — name, email, shipping address, order details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We also collect basic analytics to improve the site.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, send order/shipping updates, answer support, and — if you opt in — send marketing about drops and deals. Unsubscribe anytime via any email.
Sharing
Shared only with vendors that make the store work (payments, shipping, email, analytics) and only as needed. We do not sell your personal information.
